Waterfall Filter

Does anyone know how to make a normal aquarium filter in a cascade without spending much money?

I have a normal filter and I want to make a waterfall for my red-eared slider turtle. Thanks in advance:)

Cut the water intake pipe halfway down. Hot glue a piece of PVC pipe the same diameter both pieces of pipe. place small wood blocks to the area of the filter that is based on the tank. Place the filter in the tank wall so that the water intake pipe is below water level. I hope it works for you!
