Is it safe to 25% water sea salt mixture (water) to an aquarium with 75% of seawater?
I have problems with nitrate levels my tank, just not down to acceptable levels, but I keep doing water changes. I am currently using seawater. Anyway, I guess if I use 25% of marine water mixed tap to add to the existing sea water could only reduce or maintain low levels of nitrate. Do you think this will work? What about the fish, corals and other invertebrates? Will you kill them?
Ok that's a big number of its 25 perecent a bigger difference in terms of seawater fish is much more core and then tap water will make the ph much! but if you take some maybe 5 percent of a day he be well and add the mixture of 5 percent it will be good to go good luck and maybe try locking ammunition saltwater to detoxify ammonia, nitrates and nitrites
