Fishbowl aquascaping Question?
I just bought a 20 gallon aquarium and I can not seem to find the anwser to my question anywhere! My question is how people put the trees in their fish tanks? I know that the logs are made of driftwood, but how do you put together? What type of plants are used for sheets? What im talking about (the tree) is certainly well http://www.aquascapingworld.com/gallery/images/1/1_Syrah_Large.jpg I'm a tank of freshwater tropical fish.
It is actually quite simple – it's just moss attached to driftwood. In general, a more "split" piece of driftwood as manzanita is used, allowing the moss to disseminate more information, as opposed to a "straight" piece of driftwood you just end up looking like moss on a stick. In this specific tank, Christmas Moss is being used, which is the most popular moss used for this purpose due to their uniform design in comparison with other mosses. Edition: Scott, this tank is actually done by a talent called Aquascape Filipe Oliveira no, Takashi Amano. Amano is probably one Aquascape never do so, bearing in mind the old school it is.
