We just got an aquarium test kit and it came with a solution nitrate. My dogs got into the settlement and you are all over the house, the carpet sofa … EVERYTHING! They have been linked to kidney cancer and glioma in experimental animals and renal cancer, cancer brain and lung cancer in humans, although studies of workers exposed to lead are often complicated by concurrent exposure to arsenic. Lead is known to replace zinc in a number of enzymes, including dehydratase δ-aminolevulinic acid (porphobilinogen synthase) in the biosynthetic pathway heme and pyrimidine 5'-nucleotidase, important for proper metabolism of DNA and therefore may cause fetal harm. To avoid inhalation, ingestion and exposure to the skin and lead (II) nitrate should be handled in a fume hood, face, body and hand protection. Special Instructions management are included in all material safety data sheets (MSDS). After use, all materials and containers should be disposed of as hazardous waste. Spill and release the environment should be avoided.
