"I can use the wood and stones for reptiles terrariums in my aquarium?

Are these natural elements, found items or are products sold specifically for reptiles? I ask because many products are sold in pet stores for reptiles have a warning about not being used in aquariums because they have been coated with an anti microbial to help prevent the spread of bacteria and what is not in an aquarium for reptiles.
