Would it be acceptable to add a bubble pump in my aquarium?
I have a 29-gallon tank has been set for almost three years. Would acceptable to add an air of such pumps to increase the level of oxygen. I'm not exactly sure what its called, but it's like a small thing with a tube motor happens in the aquarium pumps and air bubbles.
Yes, please. oxygen bubbles help to dissolve in water and is very beneficial. You can do more. Bubbles in the water stream, something like a strong wind. Make sure the fish are not being "burned" around the tank. You will see what I mean if it happens. All fish must be able to "stand and be still" in the tank. Good luck.
