vibrations caused by my power filter Aquarium harm fish?

I have a tank of 5.5 liters of glass housing and a male betta "Mystery golden snail. I just added a Red Sea nano filter power filter for improvement though you might not need something so powerful. The filter works fine, but hums a little and makes the vibration I can feel when I touch the walls of the tank. Does this hurt the fish or a snail?
