New plant bulbs in the fish tank. They have developed a white film and white beads. What is this?
We bought some bulbs aquarium plant at Petco. They were in the tank for almost a day onion plants began to receive this ghost and the white film on it and now there are little white balls in that movie. But there are no outbreaks. Some other sites are receiving this white film. Anyone have any idea what this is? Could be the mold?
is possible that mold. It is also possible that your plants are grown and out of the water are just switching to the black version. Most aquarium plants are produced out of the water and then shipped around the world, only to "die" in the tank aquarists that if left alone for a few days or a couple of weeks everything will be fine. I'd say wait and see the leaves closely if the leaves begin to fade badly or are very smooth and soft your mold, otherwise probably only changing their ways.
