Can Classica 380 Internal Power Filter can be used one in a 35litre tank?

I'm looking to upgrade my internal filter for next model. My current filter is for tanks with a capacity of 40 liters and the next model, the 380, filter tanks up to 75 liters. My little aquarium is only 35 liters, that the fight of the fish? Is this too poweful?

as long as the fish are good swimmers would be a great filter for that tank. if you have small fish you may want a different filter
