The Penguin 350B is much better. Filters Walmart brand are soo cheap. I have the 350B to operate in my 55 and works amazingly well. AquaClear filters are pretty good too, and you can not beat boats, but are more expensive. * Edit * You can not get the link to work, but if the emperor is 400 then get it. It has a little more than 350 Penguin filtration, but in my honest opinion of the emperors much better. They are much are more efficient and better quality.
