Has anyone been to the Florida aquarium in Tampa?
We are going to Disney but have one day free so I was thinking of going to the aquarium, I have one son who is almost 11 and he does love fish. Is it worth the hour drive?
Some of my family is going to Tampa to do some fishing, so that is why I am asking, we do not want to fish but might tag a long and do some other things in Tampa
The aquarium is a great place to spend the day with a kid who loves fish. They have a bunch of neat exhibits, as well as a variety of animal and dive shows. And if you have time, they even have programs where you can get up close to the animals, like Swim with the Fishes or the Penguin Backstage Tour. Any way you look at it, it’s cheaper than trying to find something to do in Orlando, especially since you’ll be in Tampa anyway.
