how long should my aquarium light be left on for?

i am getting some cherry shrimp for my tank. it’s a 19 litre tank. It has been cycling for 3 weeks.i have a few questions:
1) I would like to know how long the lights should be left on for.
2) If I buy 10 will they breed quickly and reproduce some.
3) Also how big are the baby cherry shrimps.
4) Are 3 large plants enough for cherry shrimps?

1) 5hrs a day tops
2) depends on conditions etc
3) about the size of a flea lol
4) yep get some driftwood too they love it
