can replace light tube in existing lighting fixture (48 “) to support a reef/coral/invertebrate aquarium?
Rather than buying a whole new lighting system currently I have a florescent 48″ tube. I plan on establishing invertebrates for a reef tank. Will replacing the bulb be sufficient
Rather than buying a whole new lighting system currently I have a florescent 48″ tube. I plan on establishing invertebrates for a reef tank. Will replacing the bulb be sufficient? This is only one tube light and the tank is a 75 gallon tank
For shrimps, crabs, urchins, snails, and non-photosynthetic corals/gorgonians/sponges, sure. However, if you want anything that needs any sort of lighting at all, it will be very, very insufficient.
