"I can use a 15 watt bulb night simulation in my aquarium at night?

Seems to be a black light, but I'm not shure if it is a reptile. I think is made by UDE UDE or is it, but its made in Korea "just a little information" ….. "I can not? thanks for the answers

15 Watt is a bit strong for aquarium lunar light … Usually, you would be looking for LEDs around 1 or 2 watts. 15 watts just go to prevent fish from resting properly due to a change in the photoperiod, even if it's just a black light.
