can you put a quinea pig in a fish aquarium?

because im worried its going to kick all the shavings on the floor or that my younger sister will go in my room and poke her fingers through the bars of an actual cage? i will put toys and shavings in it
where could i get a bottle for the water tho that fits in the aquarium right?

well how big is the fish tank? and the have adapters for the bottles to help with glass housings.
