Aquarium plants from local lakes and rivers?
I want to add some live plants to my aquarium, and was wondering if I could just get some plants from a local lake or river?
I should probably add that this is a new setup and I don’t even have fish yet.
It would be a better idea to buy them at a store. They come with little weights to keep them at the bottom, and some are very cheap 
I recommend that rather than from a lake or a river.
