All my fish have anchor worm, PLEASE HELP!?

I recently posted a question asking about red worms in my female guppies. Now every fish in my tank has it, my male guppy, my female guppy, and my juvi. dinosaur bicher.
I do not have an isolation tank set up(I’m not allowed to do so in the college dorms)
If someone could please help, I’m giving them an anti-parasitic food and increased the levels of aquarium salt. If there’s anything else I can do please tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry I did more research it’s an intestinal worm called callimanus, not anchor worm.

Anchor worms can be remover with tweezers gentally, then put a anti bacterial so the fish don’t get infected.
